Return and Exchange Policy

• If you wish to request a return or exchange after receiving your product, please contact our customer service, and we will guide you through the process.

• For a return or exchange to be valid, the product must arrive at our headquarters within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Please note that returns or exchanges made without prior inquiry may be returned to the sender.

Conditions Where Return and Exchange are Not Allowed:

• If the product's tags or labels have been removed

• If the product has been worn, washed, or altered

• If the product has been intentionally damaged

• If the return or exchange period (7 days) has passed

• If the packaging is damaged or the product is returned in incomplete or inadequate packaging

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs:

• Exchange round-trip shipping fee: 6,000 KRW

• Return shipping fee: 3,000 KRW (If free shipping was provided initially, the fee is 6,000 KRW)

• If you use a different courier, please send it prepaid.

Refund Procedure:

• Credit card cancellations and refunds will be processed within 3-6 business days after the return is completed and the product has passed inspection.

• If the amount has already been charged, the refund will be processed on the following month's credit card billing cycle.

• 제품을 수령하신 후 교환 및 반품을 희망하실 경우, 고객센터로 연락해 주시면 교환 및 반품 절차를 안내해 드리겠습니다.

• 제품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 본사로 제품이 도착해야 정상적인 교환 및 환불 처리가 가능합니다.

• 사전 문의 없이 교환 또는 반품을 진행하실 경우, 반송 처리될 수 있습니다.
  

교환 및 반품이 불가한 경우

• 상품의 택 및 라벨이 제거된 경우

• 상품이 착용, 세탁, 수선된 경우

• 고의로 제품을 훼손한 경우

• 교환 및 반품 기한(7일)이 지난 경우

• 포장이 훼손되거나, 배송된 상태와 다른 불완전한 포장 상태로 반품된 경우
  

교환 및 반품 비용 안내

• 교환 왕복 배송비: 6,000원

• 반품 배송비: 3,000원 (최초 결제 시 무료 배송 건의 경우 6,000원)

• 타 택배사를 이용하실 경우, 선불로 발송해 주셔야 합니다.
  

환불 처리 절차

• 신용카드 취소 및 환불은 반품 완료 및 상품 검품 이후 3~6 영업일이 소요됩니다.

• 대금이 이미 청구된 경우, 익월 신용카드 대금 청구 시 환급 처리됩니다.
